Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011070937A1] Disclosed is a transfer tool (T) wherein a transfer tape is supplied from a supply reel (21), passes over a transfer head (22), and is taken up by a take-up reel (23). The supply reel (21) and the take-up reel (23) rotate in tandem via a power transmission device (9). The disclosed transfer tool (T) has a sliding mechanism (8) between a gear member (43), which is an element of the power transmission device (9), and a spindle member (44), which supports the supply reel (21) and can slide against the gear member (43). The sliding mechanism (8) is provided with: a boss shaft section (432) that is provided on the gear member (43) and is separated from an outer toothed section (431) by a ring-shaped groove (433); a plurality of inward-facing prongs (433a) that are provided at intervals around the circumference of the ring-shaped groove (433) and protrude from the inner surface of the ring-shaped groove (433); and a fitting section (442) that is provided on the spindle member (44) and forms a roughly cylindrical shape that is continuous in the circumferential direction. When the boss shaft section (432) is inserted into the fitting section (442), at least part of the fitting section (442) fits inside the ring-shaped groove (433) and friction is generated between the boss shaft section (432) and the fitting section (442).
