Abstract (en)

The closure (1) has a maintaining unit placed between a cap and a spout (3) to maintain a cap (8) in an open position and formed by an arm (11). The arm is located in a rotation plane (P) of the cap around a film hinge (9) and engaged with an attachment point (12) in a fragile junction area (6) between a threaded skirt (2) of the spout and a tamperproof strip (5). The point is located on a rotative trajectory (R) of the arm. The arm and/or hinge are elastically deformable to allow variation of relative geometry of the arm and/or hinge and clutching of the arm on the spout and/or the strip. The closure is formed by molding a single piece of plastic material.

Bouchon dit « sport » (1) comprenant d'une part une base formée par une jupe filetée (2), surmontée d'un verseur (3), et se vissant sur le col (4) d'un récipient avec lequel elle est également reliée à sa partie inférieure, par l'intermédiaire d'une bande d'inviolabilité (5), avec laquelle elle définit une zone de jonction frangible (6), formée de pontets, et d'autre part un capot (8) relié au verseur (3) par une charnière (9), des moyens de maintien en ouverture du capot (8) étant interposés entre celui-ci et le verseur (3), caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont constitués par un bras (11) issu d'une partie externe supérieure du capot (8), situé dans le plan de rotation (P) de celui-ci, autour de la charnière (9) formant pivot, et apte à coopérer avec un point d'accroche (12) ménagé dans la zone de jonction (6), entre la jupe (2) du verseur (3) et sa bande d'inviolabilité (5), situé sur la trajectoire rotative (R) dudit bras (11).
