[origin: WO2011073251A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a cartridge (1), wherein a reservoir (5, 6, 7) for receiving a filling material (8, 9, 15), a neck (2) having an outlet channel (11, 12) for the filling material (8, 9, 15), and a sealing plug (20) are produced in an injection molding process in a first step. An outlet opening (10, 14) is disposed at one end (16, 17) of the outlet channel (11, 12). The outlet opening (10, 14) is at least partially closed off by means of an arm (21, 22) of the sealing plug (20). A first end (23, 24) of the arm (21, 22) is connected to the neck (2) by means of a bridge element (18, 19). A predetermined breaking point is implemented by the bridge element (18, 19), at which the sealing plug (20) is integrally connected to the cartridge (1). The sealing plug (20) has a second end (26) that can be manipulated in a second, subsequent step, so that the bridge element (18, 19) separates from the filling material (8, 9, 15) prior to the filling of the cartridge (1), and then the arm (21, 22) is inserted in the outlet opening (10, 14), in order to close off the outlet opening (10, 14).
