Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011047706A1] The child-proof container closure (1) comprises an outlet part (3) with an outlet opening (3l). The container closure also comprises a closing cap (4) for closing the outlet part (3). The container closure (1) additionally comprises two spring elements (4a, 4b), both of which extend in the same direction of extension (L) and are mutually spaced (Bl) by at least 8mm, said spring elements (4a, 4b) extending along the surface of the container closure (1). Additionally, the container closure (1) comprises two snap-in devices (5), both snap-in devices (5) comprising a movable snap-in part (5a) and a receiving portion (5b) for the snap-in part (5a). The spring elements (4a, 4b) are fixed on one end and have the movable snap-in part (5a) on the opposite spring end. Either both spring elements (4a, 4b) are fixed to the closing cap (4), and the receiving portion (5b) for the snap-in part (5a) lies on the outlet part (3), or vice versa, wherein both spring elements (4a, 4b) are fixed to the outlet part (3), and the receiving portion (5b) for the snap-in part (5a) lies on the closing cap (4). The snap-in device (5) is designed such that an actuation of the spring elements (4a, 4b) disconnects the snap-in part (5a) from the receiving portion (5b) for the snap-in part (5a).
