Abstract (en)
The element has a lower concrete layer (20), an upper concrete layer (32) and an insulation layer located between the upper and lower concrete layers. The insulation layer includes a lower water-tight film (24) which is in contact with the lower concrete layer, an intermediate layer (28) with 30 to 330 mm thickness which is made of foam elements with a grain size of 1 to 20 mm, and an upper water-tight film (30) in contact with the upper concrete layer. The intermediate layer is compressed from the recycled polyurethane foam elements. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing prefabricated insulated wall element for building.

Das vorgefertigte, isolierte Wandelement für ein Gebäude hat eine erste Betonschicht (20), eine zweite Betonschicht (32) und eine zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Betonschicht (20, 32) befindliche Isolationsschicht. Die Isolationsschicht weist eine 30 bis 330 mm dicke Schicht (28) aus Schaumstoffkörpern mit einem Körnungsband von 1 bis 20 mm, Insbesondere Körnern aus recycelten Polyurethanschaum, auf. Die Schicht (28) aus Schaumstoffkörpern ist verdichtet. Die Schicht (28) weist eine zweite wasserdichte Folie (30) auf, die in Kontakt mit der zweiten Betonschicht (32) ist.
