[origin: WO2011076947A1] The invention relates to a disinfection machine that implements a hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid disinfecting material. Said acid, having the chemical formula C2H4O3, is used in the agri-food or medical industry as a disinfectant or cold sterilant. According to the invention, the machine (10) includes a water vapor generator (12, 13), a means (14) for mixing the water vapor and the peracetic acid, and an ejector (15) of the mixture.
