The device has an intermediate element (3) articulated on a side with a lever arm (2) and articulated on another side with an axially movable final control element (4) of a drive element. A hand lever is arranged in a hollow shaft (1), and a pin element (7) of an inner shaft (6) extends through a link guide (8) on the hollow shaft. The inner shaft is operationally connected to a toggle lever mechanism, and a spring element i.e. coiled compression spring, tensions the inner shaft against the hollow shaft in a main axial direction. The spring element is arranged in interior of the hollow shaft.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spannvorrichtung, umfassend eine drehbar in einem Gehäuse gelagerte Hohlwelle (1), an der ein Spannelement befestigbar und die zur Ausbildung einer Kniehebelmechanik mit einem Hebelarm (2) versehen ist, wobei ein Zwischenglied einerseits gelenkig mit dem Hebelarm (2) und andererseits gelenkig mit einem axialbeweglichen Stellglied eines Antriebselements verbunden ist, wobei in der Hohlwelle (1) eine mit einem Handhebel (5) verbundene Innenwelle (6) angeordnet ist, die ein Zapfenelement (7) aufweist, das eine Kulissenführung an der Hohlwelle (1) durchgreift und mit der Kniehebelmechanik in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist, wobei ein die Innenwelle (6) gegen die Hohlwelle (1) in Hauptaxialrichtung verspannendes Federelement (9) vorgesehen ist. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Federelement (9) im Innern der Hohlwelle (1) angeordnet ist.
