The industrial truck (1) has a driver seat that forms seating and standing aid. The driver seat has a cushion element that is adjusted in a seat shell in a longitudinal manner. A resting surface is formed with an upper side in a position for a standing operator position. A seat surface and a backrest are formed in another position with the upper side for sitting operator position. The cushion element is arranged in the seat shell in displaceable manner. The driver seat is provided with side walls.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flurförderzeug (1), insbesondere Gegengewichtsgabelstapler, mit einem eine Sitz- und Stehhilfe bildenden Fahrersitz (16), wobei das Flurförderzeug (1) für den Betrieb in stehender Bedienstellung und in sitzender Bedienstellung einer Bedienperson ausgelegt ist. Die Aufgabe, ein derartiges Flurförderzeug zur Verfügung zu stellen, das in der stehenden Bedienstellung eine verbesserte Ergonomie aufweist und für den Fahrersitz einen geringeren Bauraumbedarf in einem Fahrerarbeitsplatz benötigt, wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Fahrersitz (16) ein in einer Sitzschale (41) längsverstellbares Polsterelement (42) aufweist, das mit einer Oberseite in einer ersten Stellung eine Anlehnfläche (42c) für eine stehende Bedienstellung und in einer zweiten Stellung mit der Oberseite eine Sitzfläche (42a) und eine Rückenlehne (42b) für eine sitzende Bedienstellung bildet.
