Abstract (en)

Wire comprises a steel sheath and a powder filling comprising calcium, silicon, aluminum, carbon, phosphorus and iron, and additionally manganese, chromium, sulfur and accompanying elements (nitrogen, magnesium, strontium and titanium), where the silicon is present in the form of an alloy with iron; and the amount of calcium, silicon, aluminum, manganese, carbon, chromium, phosphorus, sulfur, accompanying elements and iron is 25-52 wt.%, 29-66 wt.%, at most 2.9 wt.%, at most 1.1, at most 0.6, at most 0.6, at most 0.055, at most 0.055, at most 0.65 and balance amount, respectively.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Draht zur Stahlpfanne-Behandlung von Metallschmelzen mittels Kalziums, der aus einer Stahlhülle und einer Pulverfüllung besteht. Der Draht ist dabei dadurch mittels Kalziums verbessert, dass dem Kalzium Silizium, Aluminium, Kohlenstoff, Phosphor und Eisen beigegeben sind, dass die Pulverfüllung zusätzlich Mangan, Chrom, Schwefel und Begleitelemente wie Stickstoff, Magnesium, Strontium, Titan usw. aufweist, dass Silizium in der Füllungszusammensetzung in Form einer Legierung mit Eisen vorliegt und dass das Verhältnis zwischen den Bestandteilen der Drahtpulverfüllung durch ganz bestimmte Mengen in % (Gew.) vorgegeben ist.
