[origin: EP2518246A2] The lock has locking latch (1) and locking pawl (2) provided in engaged position. A coupling arrangement (5) is provided for coupling actuating lever (3) with pawl based on functional state. The coupling arrangement has switch element (7) which is shifted by control drive (6) from coupling position to decoupling position based on coupling or decoupling states of two swivelable adjustment levers, and which is shifted separately from two adjustment levers in the decoupling direction, or which is shifted in a bistable manner between the coupling position and decoupling position. An independent claim is included for control drive for motorized adjustment of switch element of motor vehicle lock into deflection position.
