Abstract (en)
The method involves activating a control unit of a cooking apparatus i.e. oven (1), in a time interval during running a cooking program, and operating heating units (12, 14) through the control unit. The control unit is deactivated, and clocked operation of the heating units is carried out through a time switch in another time interval. Upper temperature threshold value is kept low for switching off the heating units in the latter time interval. Lower temperature threshold value is kept low for switching on the heating units in the latter time interval. An independent claim is also included for a control and regulating device for controlling and regulating a cooking apparatus.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Gargeräts (1), bei welchem der Betrieb zumindest einer Heizeinheit (12, 14) des Gargeräts (1) zumindest zeitweise durch eine Reglereinheit (16) des Gargeräts (1) erfolgt, wobei während eines ablaufenden Garprogramms in einem ersten Zeitintervall die Reglereinheit (16) aktiviert wird und der Betrieb der Heizeinheit (12, 14) durch die Reglereinheit (16) erfolgt, und in einem zweiten Zeitintervall die Reglereinheit (16) deaktiviert wird und ein getakteter Betrieb der Heizeinheit (12, 14) durch eine Zeitschaltuhr (15) des Gargeräts (1) gesteuert wird.
