[origin: EP2518411A2] The extractor hood (10) has a folding wing (15,16) and a housing (11), at which the wing is held on the edge side, where the wing is fixed in a horizontal closed position. One or multiple wings are hinged at different points of the housing and are coupled in vertically downward position. The wings operate a screening of possible cross air flows or an additional guide of the sucked fume (19).
