Said bottling machine comprises at least one first oxygen measuring device (21) comprising an oxygen analyst (45) connected, by an optical fibre (3), to a first oxygen detector (22) fixed to the tank (4), passing through the wall of the tank in a sealed manner, the oxygen detector (22) comprising at least one tablet that is reactive to the oxygen (32) and extends inside the tank in order to come into contact with the product (5) to be bottled or the neutral product (11).
