Abstract (en)
The piston has a transition region (4) formed between a piston plate (1) and a cylindrical apron (2) with V-shaped cross-section. A sealing lip (5) is formed at circumference, and diagonally points in forward and outward directions. The sealing lip comprises small radial ribs (6) distributed over the circumference at inner side that is turned toward a piston axis. The ribs are arranged over the sealing lip in the forward direction and form a radially outward pointing and diagonally backward running ramp surface (7) that projects into a forward edge surface (8) of the sealing lip.

Verschluss- und Ausdrückkolben für Kartuschen, mit einer Kolbenplatte (1) und einer sich daran rückwärts anschließenden zylindrischen Schürze (2), wobei der Übergangsbereich (4) zwischen Kolbenplatte (1) und Schürze (2) mit V-artigem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist und am Umfang eine schräg nach vorne und auswärts weisende Dichtlippe (5) bildet, wobei die Dichtlippe (5) an ihrer der Kolbenachse zugewandten Innenseite mit einer Mehrzahl von über den Umfang verteilten kleinen radialen Rippen (6) versehen ist, die nach vorne über die Dichtlippe überstehen und jeweils eine radial auswärts weisende, schräg rückwärts verlaufende und in die Vorderkantenfläche (8) der Dichtlippe (5) übergehende Rampenfläche (7) bilden.
