The actuating device (40) has an actuating element (73) that is actuated by hand and is configured for regulating engine power between an idle state and a full throttle state. Another actuating element (80) is actuated by hand and is formed for actuating a tank shut-off valve and an engine stop switch. The latter actuating element is provided as a rotary lever, which has a grip end and a shaft that is connected in a torsion-proof manner with the grip end. An independent claim is included for a soil compaction device, which has an internal combustion engine.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Betätigungseinrichtung (40) für ein Bodenverdichtungsgerät mit Verbrennungsmotor, wie insbesondere einem Vibrationsstampfer, zur gemeinsamen Betätigung eines Motorstopschalters (70) und eines Tankabsperrventils (60). Es ist vorgesehen, dass diese Betätigungseinrichtung (40) ein einzelnes bewegbares Stellmittel (42) für die direkte gemeinsame Betätigung des Motorstopschalters (70) und des Tankabsperrventils (60) aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Bodenverdichtungsgerät mit einer solchen Betätigungseinrichtung (40).
