Abstract (en)
The oven has a cooking area (2) formed on an oven housing (1) and closed by an oven door (3), and rib-shaped sliding elements (9, 10) arranged at side walls of the cooking area. A food carrier (11) is movably arranged in the cooking area and designed as a baking tray. One of the sliding elements has a horizontally designed mold (14), where the food carrier provided with a reciprocal mold (13) is locked into the mold of the sliding element under formation of a locking stop that limits sliding movement of the food carrier. The molds are formed by closed stamping.

Der erfindungsgemäße Backofen besitzt einen durch eine Ofentür verschließbaren Garraum (2), in den wenigstens ein Gargutträger (11) auf beidseitig des Garraums (2) angeordneten Gleitelementen (9, 10) einschiebbar ist, wobei an mindestens einem Gleitelement eine Ausformung (12, 14) vorgesehen ist, in welcher der mit einer entsprechenden reziproken Ausformung (13) versehene Gargutträger (11) unter Bildung eines die Ausschiebebewegung des Gargutträgers (11) begrenzenden Raststopps verrastbar ist.
