[origin: EP2520868A2] The panel radiator (1) has a valve carrier (13) below a heating tube (7) provided with a valve port (14), where the heat of a front heater plate (2) flows through the valve carrier into a rear heater plate (3) in a heating mode. A flow connection (25) is provided at a bottom (5) of the panel radiator for connecting the front heater plate to a bottom-side heating-medium flow. The flow of the heating medium is blocked through the heating tube from the front heater plate to the rear heater plate, where the front heater plate is provided with two half-shells.
