[origin: EP2520884A2] The refrigerator (1) comprises a refrigerated chamber (2) and an evaporator plate (5), which is arranged in the refrigerated chamber at a distance from a rear wall (3) of the refrigerated chamber. A fastening element (10) is provided, by which the evaporator plate is attached on the rear wall. The fastening element comprises a multi-layered fastening portion (12), which is formed with an elastic soft layer (13) and a hard layer (14). The soft layer made of soft plastic and rubber rests on the evaporator plate and the hard layer made of hard plastic or metal rests on the rear wall.
