[origin: WO2011086036A1] The invention relates to a heat transfer arrangement (1), made of an air heat exchanger (2) disposed in a thermally insulated chamber-like enclosure (3), a defrosting device (10), and a fan (5), wherein the chamber-like enclosure (3) itself forms an airflow chamber and is segmented into an inflow chamber (11) and an outflow chamber (12) by the air heat exchanger (2), and the air heat exchanger (2) comprises adjustable flaps (4) implemented for regulating and shutting off on an air inlet and air outlet side of the air flow path.
