Abstract (en)
The pump (1) has a conveying chamber filled with fluid material (2) in a working stage of the pump and drained in another working stage of the pump. Size of the conveying chamber is changed during the pump operation such that different volumes of the material are conveyed during different operating cycles of a conveying process and/or the conveying chamber has an additional chamber (10) with an additional area (12). Volume of the additional area is changed during the pump operation independent of volume of a pump chamber of the conveying chamber. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system comprising two pumps connected with one another (2) a method for controlling conveying speed of a pump.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpe zum Fördern einer Menge von fluidem Material aus einem Materialbehälter in einem Fördervorgang mit einer Vielzahl von Arbeitszyklen, wobei die Pumpe einen Förderraum umfasst, der in einem ersten Arbeitsschritt der Pumpe zumindest abschnittsweise mit Material gefüllt wird und in einem zweiten Arbeitsschritt der Pumpe zumindest abschnittsweise entleert wird, um das Material zu fördern, wobei der erste und zweite Arbeitsschritt jeweils Teil eines Arbeitszyklus sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Größe des Förderraums der Pumpe während des Pumpenbetriebs so veränderbar, dass in verschiedenen Arbeitszyklen des Fördervorgangs unterschiedliche Volumina des Materials förderbar sind, und/oder der Förderraum eine Ergänzungskammer mit Ergänzungsraum umfasst, und dass das Volumen des Ergänzungsraums während des Betriebs der Pumpe veränderbar ist.
