[origin: WO2011086466A1] Method for detecting, classifying, teaching and training exercises comprising the phases of : - acquiring position and movement data relating to an exercise being carried out; - processing said acquired data to generate information relating to the exercise being carried out; - returning said information to the user/s so as to help teaching and training with the exercise being carried out; in which - said acquiring phase of said movement data relating to the exercise being carried out is realized by wearing one or more garments provided with movement detection sensors,- said exercise being carried out in the absence of external forcing; said processing phase comprises the phases of generating both a three-dimensional signal reproducing the exercise being carried out, and a numeric signal relating to the exercise being carried out; - the returning phase of the information to the user/s, being realized through the simultaneous displaying of the three-dimensional video signal reproducing the exercise being carried out, of a three-dimensional signal reproducing the exercise to be carried out and of a numerical signal comparing the three-dimensional video signals.
