[origin: WO2011089465A1] A paper punch comprises a base (10); an upstanding support structure (20) comprising upright guide members mounted on said base (10) and forming a guide for punch holder blocks supporting tubular punches. A handle (30) is pivotally supported in an upper portion of said support structure (20) for rotation to and from said base (10) and is coupled to said punch holder blocks for moving them within said guide members towards and away from said base (10). The punch holder blocks have a horizontal extension extending from said support structure and forming a guide for punch holders supported therein. The punch holders receive a head portion of a punch and are movable in a horizontal direction parallel to said base (10) between an operative position of the punches within said punch holder block and a retracted position within said extension. Locking means are provided to lock said punch holders in said operative position.
