[origin: EP2527286A1] The crane (10) has a rotating mechanism that is held in a position by applying the holding-torque of hydraulic slewing drive unit. A detection unit of an overload safety device detects the radius and/or position of the crane hook. The overload safety device is provided with a pressure relief valve.
