Abstract (en)
The dryer (1) has a drum (3) for laundry items (22) to be dried, controller and a process air channel, in which a heater and fan are located. The heater is provided for heating the process air, where the fan is provided for conveying the process air. A Radio-frequency identificationreader unit (24,25,26) is provided for reading the information from a radio-frequency identification transponder (23). The radio-frequency identification transponder is placed in the drum. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a dryer.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Trockner 1 mit einer Trommel 3 für zu trocknende Wäschestücke 22, einer Steuerung 10, einem Prozessluftkanal 2, in dem sich eine Heizung 4 zur Erwärmung der Prozessluft und ein Gebläse 6 für die Beförderung der Prozessluft befinden, wobei der Trockner mindestens drei RFID-Leseeinheiten 24,25,26 für das Auslesen von Informationen aus mindestens einem in der Trommel befindlichen RFID-Transponder 23,23',23",23"',23"",27 aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem einen zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens geeigneten Trockner.
