[origin: EP2527555A1] The invention relates to a tile for a ceiling suspension system, the tile having a substantially rectangular shape and comprising: - a metal plate extending from a first edge of the tile to the opposite second edge of the tile, wherein the metal plate has at least one cavity; and - a fire resistant layer arranged on the metal plate on the outside of the cavity.
