The shaft lever accommodating portion is provided with a shaft hole adapting to an end portion of a shaft lever, and the shell and the shaft lever accommodating portion are separately manufactured. Therefore, it is possible that the shell and the shaft lever accommodating portion are manufactured by adopting different materials, and both the appearance and the strength of the knob can be taken into account.
