[origin: WO2011089228A1] A set of constructional elements with magnetic joints for forming a toy assembly wherein each constructional element (10) of the toy comprises a body in non magnetic material, provided with at least one longitudinal groove (16) on at least one lateral surface (11), and at least one through hole (15) extending between end surfaces (12), parallel to a longitudinal axis of the constructional element (10). An axially slidable metal pin (18), of magnetically conductive material, is removably insertable into a longitudinal groove (16) of a first constructional element (10.1); a magnetic bar (19), removably inserted into a through hole (15) of a second constructional element (10.2) of the toy, is magnetically anchored, at one end thereof to the metal pin (18) seated within groove (16) of the first constructional element (10.1) of the toy.
