[origin: WO2011093759A1] The present invention relates to a mounting tool (100) for mounting, installing, removing, or adjustment of, a mounting object, such as a window or similar, arranged in a frame, in an opening in a wall within an inner and an outer side. The mounting tool comprises a first mounting element (20) and a second mounting element (10). The first mounting element (10) is provided with a counterstay element (21, 22) adapted to function as a wall counterstay against the inner side of the wall, and the second mounting element is provided with a frame holding device (11, 12). It also comprises an adjustment means (30) by means of which the distance between the counterstay element (21, 22) and the frame holding device (11, 12) can be adjusted. The frame holding device (11, 12) is arranged to, in order to hold or support said mounting object, provided with a frame, cooperate with or come into engagement with the inside of the frame, said inside facing the window, door or similar arranged in the frame.
