Abstract (en)
The device (1) has a cutting edge (3) and a stationary blade (5). The stationary blade has pattern which cooperates with the cutting edge along a line of action so that a film (2) in the areas of contact with the cutting edge and the stationary blade is perforated. An interlocking is provided to run vertical to direction of conveyance (2a) of the film. A mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic suspension is provided for an elastic bearing of the stationary blade. An independent claim is included for method for perforating sheets.

Beschrieben werden eine Vorrichtung zur Perforation von Folien sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren unter Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung. Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine Schneide und eine Gegenschneide, wobei die Gegenschneide ein Muster aufweist, welches mit der Schneide entlang einer Wirklinie derart zusammenwirkt, dass eine Folie in Kontaktbereichen mit der Schneide und der Gegenschneide perforiert wird. Es können somit an der Gegenschneide Perforationsnuten oder dergleichen vorgesehen werden, so dass eine einfache Schneide verwendet werden kann, die sich kostengünstig bei Verschleiß austauschen lässt.
