The closure (6) has a locking element (7) driven by a longitudinally displaceable rod (5), and a counter-bearing (8) opposing the locking element. A hook (9) is arranged directed to one of the components of the counter-bearing. The locking element is provided for attachment to the frame (1) or the leaf (2). One of the components of the counter-bearing or of the locking element has a base element (10) and a supporting element (11). Another hook (12) engages behind the former hook.

Bei einem Verschluss (6) für einen Treibstangenbeschlag (3) mit einem als Klappriegel ausgebildeten Riegelelement (7) stützt sich in einer Verriegelungsstellung ein Haken (9) eines Gegenlagers (8) auf einem Stützelement (11) des Riegelelementes (7) ab. Das Stützelement (11) ist mit Abstand auf einem Grundelement (10) befestigt und wird bei einem Aufhebelversuch gegen das Grundelement (10) gedrückt. Dabei wird ein auf dem Grundelement (10) angeordneter Haken (12) freigegeben, welcher den Haken (9) des Gegenlagers (8) hintergreift. Der Verschluss (6) setzt einem Aufhebelversuch einen hohen Widerstand entgegen.
