The apparatus has a O-shaped profile element (5) that is connected between two L-shaped frame bars (2) using a screw (6). Each L-shaped frame bar is provided with two legs (3,4) between which wall element (1) is positioned. A cover case (8) is arranged at joint between L-shaped frame bars and wall element.
