[origin: WO2011095380A1] The invention relates to a corner connector (1) for a modular furniture system having a main body (2) comprising a cube (3) having six lateral faces on which a leg (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) is formed protruding on each of three first adjacent lateral faces (5), which is suited for operatively connecting a rod-shaped connection element. According to the invention, the cube (3) has operative connection means (6) on three second adjacent lateral faces which are suited to attach removable legs (8) so that the corner connector (1) is flexibly expandable.
