Abstract (en)
The portioning machine has a longitudinal extrusion die (3) arranged at a circumferential location of a cutting position and moveable in a longitudinal direction (10). A cutting device is provided at a lower end of a forming tube revolver (1) with a rotating blade. An axial stop element is adjustable with respect to a distance from the revolver on a side of the blade, where the side is opposite to a forming tube (1a). A conveying device conveys the cut-off slices (2a). The blade is driven in rotation around an axis that is parallel to a rotation axis (10') of the revolver. An independent claim is included for a method for cutting strand-shaped cutting material into slices with identical volumes by portioning machine.

Um die Portioniermaschine günstig zu halten, wird die Vorverpressung in Längsrichtung beibehalten, aber auf der Portionierseite der Aufwand minimiert, indem keine Portionierplatte verwendet wird, sondern das Schneidgut (2) in Längsrichtung (10) bis zu einem Anschlag aus dem Formrohr (1) vorgeschoben wird, der als Anschlagplatte (9) zusammen mit dem Messer (8) rotiert, und zwar auf der gleichen Achse wie sich der Formrohrrevolver (1) dreht. Wichtig ist dabei, dass das rotierende Messer (8) immer dicht am Formrohrrevolver (1) gehalten wird.
