Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2532608A1] The device (1) has a stand pipe (2) which is fixed with its lower end at the bottom, where two holding units arranged at the upper end of the stand pipe for holding a garbage bag. Each holding unit has a holding ring (4), whose upper edge is shielded with annularly formed covers (5,6) that are arranged over the holding ring. The covers are arranged in a plane and are connected with each other to a covering unit (7).
