The microfluidic system (103) has a cartridge (100) with a drum (108) that has a chamber, where an adjusting unit is provided to rotate the drum around a central axis, in order to connect the chamber with another chamber (120,122,132,136) in liquid-, gas- and particle guiding manner. A printing unit (101) changes a component with a pressure difference, in order to transfer the pressure difference between the chambers. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a microfluidic system.

Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft ein mikrofluidisches System (103), aufweisend eine Kartusche (100) mit einer ersten Trommel (108), welche eine erste Kammer (124) aufweist, und mit einer Verstelleinrichtung (300), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, die erste Trommel (108) um deren Mittelachse (104) zu drehen, um dadurch die erste Kammer (124) mit einer zweiten Kammer (120, 122, 132, 136) leitend zu verbinden, und eine Druckeinrichtung (101), welche zumindest eine Komponente (500) mit einer Druckdifferenz beaufschlagt, um diese dadurch zwischen der ersten Kammer (124) und zweiten Kammer (120, 122, 132, 136) zu transferieren.
