[origin: EP2535472A2] The holder (100) has an insulating material element side end portion (190) for insertion into an insulating material element to be anchored. A structural element side end portion (180) faces opposite to the insulating material element side end portion, and is cast into a structural element. An anchoring depth marker indicates anchorage depth, and the insertion of the insulating material element side end portion in the insulating material element takes place up to the anchorage depth. The anchoring depth marker is formed as an end stop surface (140) between the end portions. An independent claim is also included for a method for connecting an insulating material holder with an insulating material element.
