Abstract (en)

The centrifugal pump assembly has a cutting unit (1) with a cutting surface (3) and openings (5) through which the medium flows. A cutting portion (4) lies on the cutting surface. The cutting unit and an impeller (2) are rotated together using a motor. A control device is associated with the motor for controlling the rotation of the impeller and the cutting unit at intervals in a different direction. The impeller is provided with blades which are extended in a purely radial direction, so that pump exhibits same characteristics in both directions of rotation.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kreiselpumpenanordnung mit einem Schneidwerk (1), das vor dem Zustrom des Mediums in ein Laufrad (2) angeordnet ist. Das Schneidwerk (1) weist eine Schneidfläche (3) mit Öffnungen (5) auf, durch die das Medium strömt. Ein rotierender Schneidkörper (4) liegt an der Schneidfläche (3) an. Der Schneidkörper (4) und das Laufrad (2) werden gemeinsam von einem Motor (11) in Rotation versetzt. Erfindungsgemäß ist dem Motor (11) eine Steuereinrichtung zugeordnet, welche das Laufrad (2) und den Schneidkörper (4) intervallweise in unterschiedlicher Rotationsrichtung umlaufen lässt. Das Laufrad (2) weist Schaufeln (16) auf, die sich in rein radialer Richtung erstrecken. Dadurch weist die Kreiselpumpe in beiden Drehrichtungen die gleiche Kennlinie auf.
