[origin: WO2011117327A1] A device for insertion into a rotor of a centrifuge has at least two bodies stacked one above the other in a stacking direction in a housing. The housing (130) is constructed in order to be inserted into a holder of the rotor of the centrifuge. In the case of correct reception of the device in the rotor of the centrifuge and in the case of rotation of the rotor, a spacing of one of the at least two bodies from an axis of rotation of the rotor is less than a spacing of another of the at least two bodies from the axis of rotation of the rotor. A first (110) of the at least two bodies has at least one first cavity (150a) and a second cavity (150b) and a second (120) of the at least two bodies has at least one first cavity (160a). The two bodies are arranged in the housing so as to be movable with respect to one another in order, responding to a rotation of the rotor, in a first phase, to couple the first cavity of the first body to the first cavity of the second body fluidically, and in a second phase, to couple the second cavity of the first body to the first cavity of the second body fluidically.
