[origin: WO2011101247A1] The invention relates to an actuation unit for an electromechanically actuated disk brake, especially for motor vehicles, which is mounted on a brake caliper (50) in which two brake linings interacting with respective lateral faces of a disk brake can be displaced to a limited extent, one of the brake linings being engageable with the brake disk directly and the other brake lining by the effect of a reactive force produced by the brake caliper (50), when the actuation unit is actuated by means of an actuation element. The actuation unit comprises a motor and a reduction gear operatively arranged between the motor and the actuation element, said reduction gear having a threaded spindle (17) that can be driven by the motor, the threaded spindle being axially supported on the brake caliper (50). A rolling bearing (42) and a force measuring device (40) having a deformable element (43), which is deformed under the impact of the force to be determined, are arranged in the force flow between the threaded spindle (17) and the brake caliper (50), said threaded spindle (17) being supported on the deformable element of the force measuring device (40) via the rolling bearing (42).
