Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2537555A1] The device e.g. epicardial device (14), has a sealed capsule (100) containing electronic circuits, and a base (200) comprising a plate (202) having an outer face bearing anchoring screw (204) and an inner face. The inner face forms a support for a capsule and bears a mechanical coupling unit to couple the base to the capsule. The coupling unit has elastically deformable projecting tabs (206) placed at opposite ends of the plate on the inner face. The tabs are parallel and define contact surfaces engaging a shape of conjugated contact surfaces of the capsule.
