Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2537633A1] The system (1) has a grinding device (3) including an abrasive unit (4) and a securing device (5) for securing a disk-shaped part including a moving support (13) onto which the part is fitted. The securing device includes an orienting unit (15) for orienting axis of rotation to define an angle of a bevel and a moving unit for moving the support closer to the abrasive unit so as to machine the part under stress. The grinding device includes a resilient unit for maintaining contact between the abrasive strip and the part underneath the area of contact between the abrasive strip and the part. The resilient unit is formed by an elastomer block.
