The apparatus (1) has plasticizing and injection screw (3) for production of thermoplastic plastic melt (4), and injecting unit (5) for injecting a fluid (6) at axial injection position (G) of the screw cylinder (2). The injection screw has a screw core around which the worm web is extended helically. The plastic material is drawn by injection screw in feed zone of screw cylinder, and is compressed to plastic melt in compression zone. The homogenization of produced melt is performed in metering zone and the decompression of melt is performed in decompression zone.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Spritzgießen von Kunststoff-Formteilen aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einem Schneckenzylinder und einer Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke sowie mit Mitteln zum Einspritzen eines Fluids, wobei die Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) als Mehrzonenschnecke ausgebildet ist. Um einen stabilen Spritzgießprozess ohne aufwändige mechanische Komponenten zu ermöglichen, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) mindestens vier sich in Achsrichtung anschließende Zonen (a, b, c, d) aufweist, nämlich eine Einzugszone (a), eine Kompressionszone (b), eine Meteringzone (c) und eine Dekompressionszone (d), wobei in der Dekompressionszone die Stegtiefe der Schnecke größer ist als im Bereich der Meteringzone (c) und wobei die Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) so verschiebbar angeordnet ist, dass sie sich zumindest zeitweise in einer solchen axialen Lage im Schneckenzylinder befindet, dass sich die Mittel zum Einspritzen eines Fluids im Bereich der Dekompressionszone (d) befinden.
