[origin: WO2011103605A1] A pull-out guide (4) for drawers (3) having a carcass rail (5) which can be attached to a carcass (2) of an item of furniture, a drawer rail (7) which can be attached to the drawer (3), and a central rail (6) which is moveably mounted between the carcass rail (5) and the drawer rail (7), wherein at least one carriage (8, 9) is mounted in moveable manner between at least two rails (5, 6, 7) of the pull-out guide (4), and wherein a synchronization apparatus (10) for avoiding running faults of the pull-out guide (4) is provided, wherein the synchronization apparatus (10) has at least one synchronization wheel (11) which interacts firstly with the at least one carriage (8) and secondly with a running surface (12) which is arranged on one of the rails (5, 6, 7), and wherein the synchronization wheel (11) is in the form of a gear with two pinions (11a, 11b) with different diameters, wherein the first pinion (11a) and the second pinion (11b) are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner, wherein, when one pinion (11a, 11b) moves, the other pinion (11b, 11a) also moves.
