[origin: WO2011103852A2] The support element is designed for dynamic loads which occur, for example, in the case of supports which are used in textile architecture or in the case of use in slatted bases for beds and furniture for sitting or lying on. The support element is adjustable in its pressure point elastic spring action. Between the end blocks (4, 5) are arranged a spring element (1) and a spring tensioning element (2) which are capable of being deflected at least in an axial direction. The spring tensioning element (2) is tensioned with adjustable pretensioning and has at its end sections (10, 11) limit stops (12, 13) which are each supported on the mutually opposite inner sides of the end blocks (4a, 5a).
