Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011105973A1] The invention relates to a hydraulic system on hydraulic ceramic pressing developed for the purposes such as to provide energy saving and provide more sensitivity in control of pressed ceramic thickness, to reduce waste amount and increase quality and to minimize environmental pollution by means of use of less oil as well as less noisy operating, and a method providing saving. The said hydraulic system consists of a first pump (20) applying pressure to the press cylinder (30) and the said pre-filling valve (70) by the power transferred from a first servo engine (10) in order to control the up and down motion of the press cylinder (30), and a second pump (21) applying pressure to the said press cylinder (30) by the power transferred from a second servo engine (11) in order to initiate the motion and increase the speed of the said press cylinder (30).
