Abstract (en)
The device has a deflection roller (18) guiding a separation cord (16), which is made of tear-resistant plastic material e.g. polyethylene. A tool unit (1) with a vacuum suction plate (2) is fixed on a surface of a window. An armature-suction device is fixed on the surface of the window. The separation cord is fed to an injection location by an adhesive bead. A free end of the separation cord is fastened at the armature-suction device. The separation cord is wound to separate the adhesive bead by automatically operating a winch (9).

Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung dient zum Herausschneiden einer mittels einer Kleberaupe (24) in einer Umrahmung fixierten Scheibe und umfasst eine Werkzeugeinheit (1) mit einen Vakuumsaugteller (2), eine maschinell betätigbare Winde (9), auf welcher eine Trennschnur (16) auf- und abrollbar gelagert ist und eine Umlenkrolle (18) zur Führung der Trennschnur (16). Die Werkzeugeinheit (1) ist mit dem Vakuumsaugteller (2) auf einer Oberfläche der Scheibe fixiert. Weiterhin umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung einen Anker-Sauger (25), welcher auf einer Oberfläche der Scheibe fixiert ist, wobei die Trennschnur (16) wenigstens an einer Einstichstelle (29) durch die Kleberaupe (24) geführt ist. Das freie Ende der Trennschnur (16) wird an dem Anker-Sauger (25) befestigt, wobei durch ein maschinelles Betätigen der Winde (9) die Trennschnur (16) an dieser aufgewickelt wird und dadurch die Kleberaupe (24) durchtrennt.
