[origin: EP2540657A1] The industrial truck (2) has a switching element (3) that is arranged at back of driver seat (9) for operating functions of truck. The switching element is located in gripping section of person. The driver seat is provided on the hood (20). The switching element is operated at limited range of speeds for reverse drive of truck. A pressure switch (16) is pressed to produce switching signal. The overhead guard (12) is provided with rear spar (14). The switching element is provided on rear spar. An alarm is located to produce sound during driving vehicle in reverse direction.
