[origin: WO2011109335A1] Acoustical and insulation foam is applied to the interior surfaces of a vehicle cabin by robotic spraying at controlled spray distances. A curable foam formulation is applied by spraying it through a spray head of a specific design. The foam formulation is applied as a series of two or more parallel strips, (18A, 18B, 18C).
