[origin: WO2011107285A1] The invention relates to a door opener device (20) comprising an electrically actuated door opener and an unlocking device (20be) cooperating therewith. The electrically actuated door opener comprises a door opener latch (20f), a locking device (20sp) having at least one locking element configured as a locking lever or locking bolt or locking piston, and an electrical switching device (20sa) having a solenoid and an armature, the locking element being connected between the armature and the door opener latch (20f) and the armature cooperating with the locking element such that the door opener latch (20f) is locked in a first switching position of the electrical switching device (20sa) and the door opener latch (20f) is released in a second switching position of the electrical switching device (20sa). The unlocking device (20be) comprises a magnet device and an actuation device controlling the magnet device such the magnet device, in an unlocking position of the unlocking device (20be), acts upon the armature of the electrical switching device (20sa) of the door opener or onto the locking element (20sp) of the door opener or directly onto the door opener latch (20f) of the door opener such that the door opener latch (20f) is released irrespective of the switching position of the electrical switching device (20sa) of the door opener, and that the magnet device does not have a door opener latch (20f) releasing effect in an inactive position of the unlocking device (20b).
