Abstract (en)

The module has a floor (2) integral with posts (3a, 3b), and partition walls (4) for supporting a beam (6) secured to a ceiling (7). Each partition wall includes an insulating structural panel composed of a core made of polyurethane and/or polyisocyanurate between two skins composed of wood, derivatives of wood, metal and/or plaster, where thermal conductivity of the core is lower than or equal to 0.030 watt per meter per Kelvin. The panel includes stringers between the skins on opposite sides of the panel. An independent claim is also included for a building.

La présente invention concerne un module de bâtiment (1) comprenant un plancher (2) solidaire d'au moins un poteau (3, 3a, 3b) et d'au moins un mur de refend (4) pour porter au moins une poutre (6) solidaire d'un plafond (7). L'au moins un mur de refend (4) comprend un panneau structurel isolant (11) composé d'une âme (12) en polyuréthane et/ou en polyisocyanurate comprise entre deux peaux (13) composées de bois et/ou de dérivés du bois. L'invention concerne également un bâtiment (41) réalisé par assemblage de modules de bâtiment (la, 1b, 1c, 1d) au niveau de moyens structurels (44) disposés symétriquement entre chaque module par rapport à une surface d'assemblage.
